At Mephisto, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted footwear and offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless return process to ensure your total comfort.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Mephisto shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
